    OAKLAND — The Oakland Museum of California opens its 14th Dia de los Muertos exhibit Wednesday, with low-rider and hip-hop culture-inspired art, as well as special altars dedicated to community members who recently died, including Chauncey Bailey, Oakland Post editor-in-chief who was assassinated Aug. 2.
